Join us for Lunch a' la Soup Kitchen" on Thursday, August 26, from noon to 2pm at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion. "Empty Bowls", is a soup kitchen fundraiser for our Vail Valley Food Bank run by the Salvation Army. We have soup donated from many restaurants (including the Sonnenalp, Larkspur, Spago etc etc) and desserts too. Last year it was a huge success, a lot of fun and for an incredibly good cause. The event is on Thursday August 26th 12-2pm at the Eagle Vail Pavilion. Kris O'Neill from the Eagle Vail Rec District has donated the pavilion and everything else (food, water, printing, utensils and pottery bowls to take away as a reminder of those who are hungry in the world) have also been donated to support our food bank.
